**Your new company**
Our client is the largest LNG importing company, providing energy security through the provision of competitive and stable supplies of natural gas for the Korean industry and market. Due to an influx in work they are looking to engage a LNG/Gas Commercial to support the Senior Manager in managing the commercial activities of the GLNG Project.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be managing and monitoring existing commercial transactions, contracts (GSAs & LNG SPAs) and relationships with teams joint venture partners, third party gas suppliers, State and Federal government counterparts and various external service providers. The role will entail a will a distinct talent for numeracy, particularly as it relates to the processing and reconciliation of commercial transactions and payments of significant transaction values and conducting assessments and analysis of commercial propositions/solutions that enhance the economics of the team’s investment in the GLNG project

**What you'll need to succeed**
As the client works across an international remit, the ability to speak Korean is advantageous but not mandatory. In addition, you will ideally have the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in obtaining professional experience in the energy sector
- Exceptional numeracy skills coupled with a distinct analytical mindset
- High level of attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Proficient use of SAP
- Experience in the LNG, natural gas or energy industry ideally in a commercial and/or legal capacity
- Experience of understanding of legal principles relating to contract, corporate and/or commercial law
- Legal admission
