**TLR** are seeking suitably Administration Officer with Min Cert 3 in Administration and or HR Qualification to work at our Head Office in Scoresby. **The Position**:
Reporting to the Trades & Engineering Branch Supervisor, On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting the Operations teams in the end-to-end delivery of our field employees in HR data management and SHEQ functions.
**General Office administration duties**
**will include**:
- Scanning, Filling, photo copying, data entry
- Answering and directing calls through the cloud-based phone systems
- Posting job advertisements and data base maintenance
- Maintaining office social media accounts
- Booking interviews
- Capture of Operations and service reporting data
- Entering and updating applicant and employee information onto database system
- Updating SHEQ documentation for site Safety such as Risk assessments and associated safety documents
- Allocating staff and field employee rosters
- Booking Inductions
- Daily Communication with internal teams regarding applicant, selection, status and upcoming requirements
- Assisting Operations with rosters and other daily administrative duties as required.
- Maintain Office, PPE and Equipment registered in cloud-based platform
- Arranging travel and procurement of goods and services
**The successful applicant will need to possess the following**:
- Intermediate to Advance Word/Excel skills as well as previous experience using office 365 and Data based software
- Working in a QA environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional phone manor and friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work in teams as well as on your own
**Your Profile**:
To be successful in this position you must have at least 1 years' experience in a similar position either current or in the past as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
