We are currently seeking an HR & Compliance Officer to join our friendly and growing team.

This newly created position would be an ideal situation for someone looking to further their career in HR - People and Culture. With no two days the same, you will be required to use your initiative to solve problems and provide support to the business.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and confident person, looking at challenging themselves in a busy office environment.

Overall Responsibilities include:
Human Resources - the administration and documentation of HR operations for up to 30 staff including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, performance reviews, learning & development.

Safety & Compliance - Oversee and manage Compliance and site inductions for works conducted offsite.

Administration - Manage & execute ad hoc projects related to office administration, business administration, and maintenance of company assets/equipment as well as purchasing office consumables and arranging events.

You will pride yourself on your exceptional organisation skills and be capable of showing initiative in the day-to-day success of the business.

About You

You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role in a small to medium sized business with the ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders with exceptional organisation, administration, and communication skills. With a proactive approach, you will be able to demonstrate experience in office management, an ability to handle multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Ideally, you will have business administration qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience in a related industry such as construction, infrastructure, manufacturing etc. You will ideally have advanced knowledge and experience across Office 365 and Xero, and hold a current Drivers Licence.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
