**ABOUT THE GRINDERS COFFEE TEAM**

As part of the larger Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners (CCEP) family, Grinders Coffee has become one of Australia's premier coffee companies. From humble beginnings in Melbourne, it has grown to be one of the largest coffee houses in Australia. Grinders now encompasses, a number of well-known brands including Grinders Coffee, Giancarlo Coffee and Taboo Hot Chocolate.

Over the last 7 years the business has grown dramatically and has activated some iconic Grinders café sites that have driven profitable outcomes and increased brand recognition.

**THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager, managing National and Key Account customers across the On The Go (OTG) channel. You will be joining Grinders Coffee where you will be a key part of the National Customer team. You will be working closely with our NARTD and Grinders National Business Manager’s and the State Grinders Coffee team to achieve budgeted growth targets across Volume, NSR, NC and EBIT. This also includes achieving budgeted targets of coffee machine sales.

This role will see you
- Manage existing National and State-based strategic customers across OTG, including renegotiating and resigning agreements.
- Secure a new business pipeline and achieve set new business targets across OTG, to deliver long term growth and brand recognition for Grinders Coffee and SOCO.
- Category management including joint business planning, range reviews, compliance and ROI ownership, periodic business reviews and promotional planning.
- To build and manage the day-to-day partnerships with key national and state based key account customers by leveraging the systems, brand and technical resources, in order to deliver the Grinders strategic business plan objectives.
- Working closely with the Grinders NBM team, NARTD SBM and National teams, and state field teams to execute national and state business plans.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
**Deliver Profitable Growth**
- Achieve annual Volume/ NSR/ NC and EBIT targets as stipulated in the performance plan.
- Achieve new business targets set by Grinders.
- Resign state key account customers coming off contract for a profitable outcome for Grinders.
- Strategically manage key Coffee KA in the state and to build profitable outcomes for our customers and our organisation.
- Put together new business proposals and tenders as required for hot beverage and joint CCEP proposals.
- Ensure that we achieve 100% delivery of the customers’ commitment to any National Trading Terms or Local Agreements.
- Build and execute the Customer JBP for all relevant Grinders National and Key Accounts.
- Provide relevant information & analysis to facilitate a strong focus on the KA Customers, from management and state execution teams.
- Share best practice with all CCEP team members.
- Prepare and manage the mutually agreed customer JBP.

**Deliver Improved Quality of Coffee across the customer base**
- Conduct basic equipment reviews to determine cause of issue and resolve non-technical machine issues.
- Comfortable working on LM’s, Rancilio Coffee Equipment, Mazzer Grinders and other equipment brands in the trade.

**Collaboration and Coffee Specialist**
- Be across coffee industry trends.
- Participate in industry events and collaborate with industry experts.
- Own the Picos for your accounts and maintain this every quarter.
- Present at NARTD team meetings.
- Coach and train NARTD peers on coffee in their area.
- Be a focal point of contact to the customer and CCEP teams as the Hot Beverages expert.
- To be the coffee SME (Subject Matter Expert) across state-based KA teams in for the Licensed, IC, RECA and Retail Teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with relevant internal & external customers that identify issues, solutions and progress the Grinders SBP.
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with customers (both internal and external).
- Be able to discuss emerging industry trends across beans and equipment with customers.
- Understand competitor’s strengths and weaknesses and be able to de-sell competitor’s beans and equipment.

**Asset Management**
- Ensure CCEP equipment is being utilised efficiently and manage and action underperforming customers and assets.
- Deliver on equipment sales targets set for the territory on new and second-hand equipment.
- Action EPAs for all equipment.

**Brand Management**
- Ensure site meets brand guidelines.
- Ensure point of sale is current.
- Be an ambassador for the Grinders brand internally and externally.
- Manage the Grinders brand to internal stake holders.
- Work with site and marketing agencies to produce artwork to deliver brand led growth and incremental sales.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Prior account management experience is essential.
- Strong coffee industry experience preferable however not compulsory.
- Café knowledge from being a barista or running
