**Accounts Officer - Aged Care**:
Co.As.It. is seeking aa Accounts Officer - Aged Care for immediate start.

The Accounts Officer (Aged Care) / Payroll Officer will process the invoicing for Home Care Package (HCP) recipients into the Home Care Package program, under the direction of the Business Services Manager (BSM). The role will also be responsible for the overall processing of payroll for Community Care Workers, and assist in the administration of the Business Services Team.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential
- Degree in accounting or relevant experience in a similar role
- General knowledge of payroll processes
- Experience using complex electronic management systems
- Excel, Outlook) including pivot tables / charts / documentation / reports, the
- Proficient in the use of office equipment/technology/internet
- General office, administrative, accounts and payables experience
- Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with subsidised aged care programs
- Fluency in English
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven high level organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis, manage competing priorities and tasks

Desirable
- Italian speaking
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) program, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), guidelines, legislative requirements and sector reform initiatives.
