Property development, management and sales company looking for a General Manager to lead their property team.

**Your new company**
Our client is a property development, management and sales company that provides a multitude of products and services to deliver strategic property plans. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a General Manager to help lead their team in all property and body corporate matters.

**Your new role**
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in stakeholder, management, body corporate, landlords, tenants and guest enquiries. You will do so by establishing a focused sales plan and strategy to ensure all client experiences are delivered optimally. You will oversee he daily and long-term operations of buildings includes, compliance, negotiation with contractors and supplies, and address internal and external issues with stakeholders. You will also actively drive short term and long-term inventory within the office.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of service apartment, hotel leadership or property management. Therefore, you will ideally come from a background in hotel or service apartment marketing and sales, with at least 5 years’ experience and a relevant discipline in this field. You ideally will have previous experience managing property leasing or in real-estate, with the ability to effectively communicate with corporate stakeholders. Given this role includes leading a team, previous leadership experience is also required. Given this role requires stakeholder communications and regular project reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property programs is essential.
