We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to work closely with our teams and clients in New South Wales and the ACT. Reporting into the Executive General Manager you will provide advice, guidance & leadership to a high performing team of Operation Managers by being actively involved in the handling of new business leads, establishing & maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring profitability within the regions.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Passion for your role
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective relationships with industry, clients and staff
- Strong experience in managing budgets and productivity
- Understanding of hotel operations
- Experience in managing new business leads
- A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
- A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
