We are currently seeking a General Manager Provider Contracting & Integrity. This Perth based role is pivotal in leading the Provider Network team, encompassing Ancillary, Hospital, Medical and Provider Support, and by maintaining relationships with our HBF providers to deliver the best member value proposition at the lowest cost.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Health specifically your role will include, but will not be limited to:

- Developing and implementing provider and claims management strategies that will help HBF achieve its vision, purpose and financial goals;
- Managing the annual hospital negotiations process ensuring access to services and providers;
- Managing relationships with providers and relevant regulatory bodies to deliver competitive value to members, and to ensure that the HBF Group can respond to emerging healthcare trends and opportunities;
- Contributing to the management of the health insurance gross margin to meet or exceed required targets;
- Developing and implementing the Payment Integrity strategy and supporting Policies and Procedures to minimise leakage across the business and maximise the recovery of monies owed;
- Lead the Payment Integrity team to identify and action recoverable financial losses; and
- Providing exemplary leadership to ensure that culture, values, behaviours and people management practices are consistent and support the delivery of the HBF strategy and long-term objectives.

**About You**
This role requires an exceptional people leader with superior commercial judgement and negotiation skills. It is expected you will:

- Hold tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Health, Legal or other relevant qualification;
- Experience in a senior management role in a medium to large organisation;
- Substantial experience in Australian healthcare sector, ideally including development and maintenance of strong provider relationships, development of participating arrangements and a firm understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements;
- Highly developed and proven leadership and management skills with the ability to provide clear strategic direction and gain commitment from the team;
- Demonstrated ability in developing and managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders; and
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive business reports.
