**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader or Team Manager to join our Business Support division. Taking on an established desk within the Architecture client base, leveraging off existing relationships and building new ones, leading and mentoring 2 consultants to achieve their quarterly objectives and contributing to company-wide initiatives.

Each team member typically works on a variety of roles including reception, administration, marketing, accounts and HR, recruiting in both a temp and perm capacity.

**What experience will you ideally have?**
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Natural leadership skills and an outcomes-focused mindset
- Several years’ experience managing your own 360 Business Support desk
- A background in both temp and perm recruitment
- A strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- A sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of service to all stakeholders
- A positive outlook and willingness to contribute to our team environment
