**About our role**:
Due to growth at our South Brisbane site we are looking to onboard a Maintenance Coordinator, reporting to the Maintenance Manager this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical maintenance resources.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Direct responsibility for supervision of all Lactalis trades employees and contractors reporting to this role, including but not limited to rostering, timesheets, performance management, and training.
- Ensure completion of planned and unplanned works as required to ensure reliable operation of all areas of
the factory, ensuring minimum plant down time.
- Provide technical support and oversight of day to day maintenance operations to ensure timely and accurate maintenance response.
- Ensuring Maintenance activities are carried out within the allocated maintenance budget.
- Ordering and monitoring adequate stock of mechanical spares are kept on site to meet reasonable requirements.
- Proactively focus on continuous improvement in Safety, Quality and Efficiency by participating in site project work, either at site level or Capex level.

**About you**:

- You obtain a Trade Qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Industrial Electrician
- Extensive experience in engineering maintenance, with experience
in the Dairy, FMCG industry and exposure to automation is highly regarded
- Proficient computer skills, including exposure to SAP, Microsoft Office and Safety systems
