Our client is looking for a maintenance coordinator to join their site at Brendale. This role is Monday to Friday 7am-3pm with free onsite parking. A great opportunity to be part of a large company with growth potential and a positive culture.

About the role:

- Responsible for all aspects of contractor managements and spares management
- Supporting the site operations team
- Coordinating servicing and inspections
- Monitoring contractors while onsite
- Ensuring stock of consumables and spare parts is available when required, ordering of stock where required
- Ensure all contractor works are completed on time, budget and with mínimal operational impact
- Ensure the contractor works are to site safety regulations
- Administrating the site JSEA library to standardize safety of non-routine work

About the individual:

- Desirable
- Trade (e.g. fitter and turner, electrician) or engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical, process) qualification
- Desirable - Safety training e.g. Confined Space Entry, Work at Heights, First Aid
- Desirable - High risk work license e.g. forklift, EWP, dogger
- Confidence with MS Windows and Office
- Familiarity with MEX or a comparable CMMS
- Able to work indepdently and within a team
- Comfortable dealing with preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
- Good at building rapport
- Able to work in a high pressure, changing environment and being able to stay calm
