We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with good computer skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. This part-time position supports the daily finance and administrative operations of a development, construction and property management company.

This role is a hybrid role working from the office in Pagewood, and work from home. Hours may be flexible, and can be within school hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative and office support

Scan, save, and organise digital invoices

Maintain accurate filing systems and records

Follow up on and obtain invoice approvals

Assist with payroll processing and data entry

Prepare basic summaries

Prepare financial reporting

Admin support as required

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in Real Estate and Property

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Good communication skills

Experience in accounts, and with Xero

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Benefits**:
