P.A. / Office administrator needed to work in a psychology private practice in Maroubra.
**Applicants must**:
live in the Maroubra area or nearby
have good references
have excellent computer skills including with Word, Excel and Outlook
have good admin experience
Applicants must be conscientious, hard-working, and dedicated individuals.
The role includes, but not limited to:
entering clients in computer
creating invoices
completing forms for agencies
bookkeeping/expenses/payroll
making and receiving phone calls
managing an Outlook diary
diverse admin work including personal admin work (e.g. Medicare and private health insurance claims; google searches etc.)
administration and accounts reconciliation for numerous investment properties
This is a role that has a range of responsibilities and that requires a considerable amount of on-site training hence would not be suitable for somebody looking for short-term work.
Availability Monday to Friday from approximately 9 am for 2-6 hours per shift, starting in approximately 2 weeks.
Job suitable for mum with school kids, returning to work and special consideration can be given regarding hours/availability e.g. during school holidays.
This position is casual but minimum 20 hours a week is needed. It is NOT a junior role.
