YOUR OPPORTUNITYAs an Account Manager in the On-Trade, the sustainable growth of a diverse customer base is in in your hands.- You will show a disciplined yet innovative approach to engaging customers, adding value to their business whilst activating in their outlets brilliantly, all in line with Bacardi Martini’s strategic direction.- In this role you will report directly to the Natioanl Sales Manager - On-Premise and play an integral part in the overall On Trade sales team’s pursuit for market share growth and trade advocacy. Key relationships will be with the National Field Team and key on-premise accounts both Nationally and NSW specific.ABOUT YOUWith a Founder’s mentality and approach, you are the owner of National and NSW Key Account On-Trade growth and success by driving customer centric collaboration across the business finding ways to deliver against our strategy and annual plan.- You will be a role model of the Bacardi Family culture and embody this cultural pillar through excellent partnerships with our customers, building value-based cross-functional relationships, working with the On-Trade sales team to grow and succeed.**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AT THE CORE, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
- You will be required to deliver defined outcomes through the collaboration, execution of sales strategies and processes with your selected customers. In this role you will work with varying types of groups and engage at all levels of management within them. The role will require you to be agile in your approach, manage conflicting priorities effectively whilst maintaining a high level of discipline to ensure your customer base sees Bacardi as a preferred business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Relationships within a designated group of customers
- Lead Joint Business Planning sessions with customers to align on business goals
- Driving performance NSV growth, visibility and profitability of Bacardi brands within these customers
- Maximising the ROI on national on-premise commercial agreements
- Effective budget management
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategy for our brand portfolio in selected customer groups
- Participate in overall channel commercial planning
- Collaborate with national sales and marketing teams to ensure executional excellence
- Share best practice of local and national programs with counterparts
- Actively identify new business opportunities and move on them appropriately
- Adopt a founder’s mentality in regard to on-premise performance and investment
- Be visible at key national events and participate where the opportunity fits our strategy.
- Stay informed of customer and consumer trends; develop programs to capitalise on such trends.
Skills and Experience

- To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven track record of performance and delivery
- Established relationships across National or NSW Key On-Premise Groups
- Strong sales and brand building experience within the on-premise channel in the liquor industry
- Knowledge of the structure and customers within the on-premise channel
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning and negotiation skills in your current role
- High level of commercial acumen and competitor knowledge within the on-premise channel
- Well developed written and verbal communication, including excellent presentation skills
- Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills. A great collaborator.
- Willingness to travel and spend time in on-premise outlets, state-wide, and nationally where necessary
- Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
- Strong time management and organisational skills
