Day-to-day, you will:
Lead and manage the Quality Engineering / Automation and Non-Functional Testing-
- Develop and implement the Testing Framework and Practice inclusive of baseline and future state Capability Assessments / Learning and development plans and centralised Practice Knowledge Management-
- Work collaboratively with architecture and teams to define and own the QE / Automation & NFT strategy and strategic delivery roadmap.-
- Define the Test strategy and framework to provide end-to-end visibility of the entire platform.-
- Augment team with required quality engineering capability to support project delivery.-
- Contribute as a senior member of the TCoE Leadership Team.-
- Provide regular leadership, mentoring and coaching to all team members.-
- Engage/interact with 3rd party vendors in testing to ensure delivery as per design specifications and governance processes.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Tertiary education - Bachelor of Computing/Engineering/Science /Technology or equivalent full-time industry experience-
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering/Automation Testing & NFT management.-
- Experience in managing technical test teams (both people and technical) made up of a blend of internal and partner resources.-
- Experience in setting technical direction and extensive experience with quality assurance processes.-
- Strong software testing background with expertise in various Testing Methodologies-
- Automation Testing with Selenium, TOSCA, and RestAssure, Jenkins tools - Essential.-
- Performance Testing with JMeter and LoadRunner
- Essential.-
- Extensive experience in the QE / Automation and non-functional Testing of complex integrated platforms (Onboarding, Transactional, Customer and billing, Payments) or similar technologies.-
- Experience working in an outsourced service delivery model and vendor management.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
