**Your new role**

As a Program Test Manager you will be primarily responsible for leading and managing testing activities, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of software or system testing, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering successful testing outcomes. You will develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy including test objectives, approach and test coverage, to ensure thorough testing of software or systems and define test cases, test scenarios, and test data to verify the functionality, performance, and quality of the software or system under test. You will lead and coordinate the execution of test activities, including test script execution, defect tracking, and test status reporting. Ensuring that testing is carried out according to the defined plan and schedule.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience working in a regulatory environment/with a regulatory body is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in leading on shore as well as offshore teams is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with various types of testing, such as functional testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing testing activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management. This includes managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead others and foster collaborations. Experience in allocating resources, assigning tasks, and managing priorities to meet project objectives. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, analyse, and resolve testing issues and challenges. Ability to analyse complex systems and break them down into manageable test scenarios and cases. Attention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure thorough testing coverage.
