**About Us**

**THE ROLE**

Portfolio Leader is responsible for delivery and operations of Quality Engineering and Testing services to respective client portfolio (multiple large clients in an industry sector/s or a large client), with support from Execution Hub Delivery Leaders.

This role focuses on delivery excellence, customer centricity, and growth of testing working with execution hub leadership. In QET accounts, support SDH by extending delivery and operations oversight to non-QET engagements and delivery staff as well, until the growth levels reach to establish a dedicated account structure.

Key Requirements
- Oversee a team of 150+ quality engineering and testing professionals
- Provide engineering architecture, define customer specific frameworks and process handbooks, recommend tools, Facilitate standards, drive industrialization
- Manage demand and incoming demand; collaborating with the workforce management and talent acquisition team
- Provide bi-weekly status reporting
- Provide pre-sales support and solution design for respective portfolio; working closely with Technical practice partners and the sales team
- Delivery excellence: governance and escalation handling for testing
- Own key QET client relationships
- Provide thought leadership to clients and promote innovation and encourage best practice
