In the role of a **Associate**, you will join the **Markets Group** **in Private Wealth** that’s doubling down on owning it.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Drive accurate and timely execution of trading across all asset classes, primarily fixed income, equities, FX and structured products for JBWere’s private wealth clients.
- Provide end-to-end support of capital markets transactions in a compliant, accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and create appropriate tools, documents and procedures used by the network to provide advice on the Markets Desk offering.
- Continuously manage risk ensuring all transactions meet regulatory, compliance and internal governance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with JBWere stakeholders to deliver best execution and bring capital markets transactions and multi asset flows to the JBWere advice network.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Proven experience working in markets ideally in wealth management or financial markets with fixed income experience.
- Familiarity with the private wealth investor base would be highly regarded.
- Ability to act independently and make sound recommendations based on markets analysis.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
