**Job Description**:
To primarily support the Global Marketing & Content Director in driving business growth, attracting and retaining customers, building brand awareness and promoting CAPA’s product and services through strategic planning, multichannel marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

**The Role**
- Implement strategies to support business wide campaigns such as new product launches, customer retention campaigns, database cleanse activities, customer research, cross promotional activities, lead acquisition / nurture campaigns etc.
- Create multi-channel marketing programmes and campaigns to promote CAPA and CTC products and services plus those of our partners and sponsors to drive revenue and growth opportunities. This includes:

- Developing activation timelines detailing schedules for asset preparation, deployment strategies and reporting requirements;
- Outline strategic use of own, earned and paid channels for promotion;
- Working with management on identifying USPs, target audiences and budget;
- Developing creative copy to align with strategic objectives and to best suit the target market;
- Work with the design team on developing sales tools and assets required to drive the campaign;
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders to arrange mailing lists, deployment strategies and reporting requirements;
- Coordinate comms to relevant stakeholders (e.g. keep clients and internal teams informed of the marcomms plans and findings);
- Report on findings and provide recommendations.
- Guide content marketing strategies by:

- Liaising with Global Content Director to determine upcoming content distribution;
- Managing the distribution calendar to support company goals;
- Utilising own (including group wide channels), earned and paid channels to cross promote;
- Guiding marketing coordinator on distribution strategies;
- Reporting, analysing and updating the strategy based on findings.
- Handle public relations by:

- Developing and implementing basic public relation strategies to raise our profile as the pivotal source for all aviation and corporate travel information;
- Creating and distributing press releases, media advisoiesy and invitations;
- Responding to media requests and proactively pitch stories;
- Reporting on coverage and working with stakeholders (e.g. speaker manager) to boost coverage.
- Develop and manage pre, during and post event marcomm activities. For instance:

- Build lead gen campaigns and customer journeys to achieve targets;
- Recommend and develop paid media strategies based on gaps / business goals;
- Utilise own and earned channels as marcomm opportunities;
- Develop creative and content to drive customer action;
- Manage onsite marketing activities to drive brand awareness, PR, lead gen, cross promo etc.
- Manage cross promotion projects by:

- Supporting group marcomm requests;
- Utilising CAPA’s products, services and channels to cross promote. E.g. CAPA Live as a channel for membership promotions and vice versa.
- Support and Mentor a team of 3:

- Graphic Designer
- Marketing Coordinator
- Design, Projects and Admin

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Demonstrable experience in similar roles
- Experience with marketing automation software, social media management tools, CRMs, web analytics services
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Understanding of target audie
