**Group Manager, Marketing - Scentre Connect**

**Your opportunity**

In your first six months as the Group Manager, Marketing, you will lead numerous trailblazing initiatives for our new brand:

- Write the new brand launch campaign strategy and plan, declaring our unique offering to the market and generating demand for our services.
- Design the inaugural annual marketing plan, taking our in market presence and industry engagement to new heights.
- Represent the new brand via written and in-person spokesperson opportunities, building your profile and ours.
- Assemble a high performing marketing team around you, setting the vision, goals and strategic use of budget.

**Demonstrated experience in**:

- Successfully launching new B2B brands to market including campaign strategy, planning & implementation
- Team transformation and leadership
- B2B marketing planning including goal setting and budget setting/management
- Agency management & collaboration
- Business transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management & enterprise leadership skills; able to build strong collaborative relationships to drive shared success
- Remains aware of and curious about trends and changes in media & marketing industry; and identifies ways to leverage opportunities for the brand/business
- Interprets data and insight to formulate marketing messages and opportunities
- Quickly learns new businesses and industries and deploys best practice marketing approaches to achieve impact
- Commitment to quality and detail
