**Job Description**:
Salary $63-80k AUD Depending on Experience.

Sydney based only.

To assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and development of marketing content through to communicate our brand message and promote CAPA - Centre for Aviation (CAPA) and the Corporate Travel Community (CTC).

**Job Summary/Responsibilities**:
Assist with marketing content to support campaigns (e.g. eDMs, press releases, website copy, web banners etc.) which promote CAPA products, events and services, and those of our partners and sponsors. This includes:

- Supporting our Audience, including obtaining new prospect data for use in the Marketing Funnel, Marketing Automation (Eloqua) implementation against campaigns.
- Supporting in the creation of leads and constantly seeking to improve their quality.
- Contributing to the coordination of content schedules for event marketing plans, product launches, membership programmes etc.
- Liaising with various departments to determine content themes.
- Copywriting and developing strategic and targeted content.
- Delivering content in a timely manner for the use of the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Design team.
- Editing marketing copy and marketing materials and digital assets.
- Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of content for future campaigns.

Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing content and materials (e.g. flyers, presentation templates, eDMs, web banners etc). This could include:

- Ensuring assets are current and accurate.
- Coordinating the creation of new materials.
- Sharing internally - communicate any updates to management and relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales / event teams) to encourage use of these assets.
- Acting as a key liaison for additional content and material requests/updates from the wider organisation.

Act as the guardian of the CAPA brand (written, visual, and administrative) as well as CAPA’s associated brands to ensure consistency of brand elements across all formats and platforms.
- Provide marketing support while working as an effective, collaborative team member.
- Provide company wide administrative support as required (including but not limited to answering calls, point of contact for external clients, office duties, active member of the Social Committee etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant field.
- 2+ years minimum relevant experience.
- Past work experience in a marketing coordinator role would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and photoshop
