We are seeking an experienced individual who will lead and develop the Knowledge and Experience Assessment unit to achieve strategic and operational business outcomes.

The role will oversee established teams delivering the assessment of applicant knowledge and experience to support the VBA.

The role will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement and development of operational policies, processes and procedures to achieve effective and efficient assessment outcomes.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

- Substantial experience in developing and/ or managing efficient and effective assessment of knowledge and competence within the VET sector or similar
- Strong experience in managing the deliver and continuous improvement of assessment tools, practices and assessment outcomes
- Substantial experience in managing and driving teams
- Ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
