**About the Role**:
- Create a knowledge management framework which includes developing processes and protocols for creating new knowledge, making it accessible to Vivi customers & staff, controlling access and capturing new knowledge
- Ensure that all end user product knowledge for Vivi customers is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure the latest documentation is up to date
- Define the strategy for knowledge management and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level (IT Admins, Teachers, Students etc.)
- Overseeing all internal knowledge related activities and training staff to create and manage internal documentation and the staff Intranet using our knowledge management system (Confluence)
- Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative environment that focuses on expertise, training, and communication while developing effective programs to drive adoption and improve knowledge management value
- Support the development and implementation of training on knowledge management processes and tooling
**About You**:
- You have 3-5 years' experience in a knowledge management or technical writing role in the tech industry, ideally working with SaaS products
- You possess excellent writing and language skills
- You have a strong understanding of industry best practices for knowledge management
- You have advanced knowledge of Confluence and any other best-in-breed knowledge management tools
- You are highly skilled in documentation management and training staff to use knowledge tools
- You possess soft skills such as great leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching and teamwork skills
