The Role
The Knowledge Management Leader is a key member of the Innovation team at Aurecon. This role is responsible for leading and managing Aurecon’s knowledge management efforts to energise our technical capabilities, spark innovation, create a supportive environment and build a knowledge sharing culture.
Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Manage the ‘Knowledge at Aurecon’ platform and support the implementation of enhancements to ensure it continually evolves
- Work closely with the Capability Leaders to ensure their knowledge hubs and communities are operating effectively
- Manage key data and information sources to ensure we can deliver project work to the highest standards
- Work closely with the work winning teams to ensure key content is developed that supports our client engagement and work winning efforts
- Work closely with our Innovation and Research leads to develop new knowledge and disseminate through the business
- Develop programs and initiatives that foster a positive knowledge sharing culture
- Define the vision for Knowledge at Aurecon and refresh the knowledge strategy to align with our business strategy
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Business or Engineering related field is preferable
- Proven experience in Knowledge Management or related field
- Experience in consulting with an ability to take concepts from commencement and work with data analysis is favourable
- High level stakeholder engagement and management skills with an ability to work in collaboration with cross functioning teams
- Strong strategic planning skills to identify and drive initiatives
- Holds a strategic vision of information management and knowledge generation
- Proficiency in digital knowledge platforms and a good level of data and tech literacy
