**Who are you?**

- A highly skilled full-stack developer
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years in a technological role
- Experience with developing SaaS
- Ability with our entire stack**:Golang, MongoDB, Aurelia, Vue, Node, JavaScript/TypeScript**:

- A strong understanding of the SaaS market
- A high EQ and history of fostering a positive culture, inclusion and performance
- Proven success in attracting and managing cohesive teams
- Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed

**What will you achieve?**

As you continually develop their beta version, you will need to stay ahead of issues, keep across industry advancements and continuously innovate to keep their growing portfolio of clients happy. Working as part of the team you will
- Lead the ongoing development of the software
- Manage a team of outsourced developers and build an internal team to replace them
- Maintain and improve existing infrastructure
- Develop architectures for current and future products
- Perform integrations with accounting and POS
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Test and deploy upgrades and new features
- Nurture a cohesive and effective development team and be their fearless leader as we grow
- Define and monitor development team KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop short-term and long-term technology strategies to meet our business objectives
- Work alongside the CEO and the team to create a leading software for the global market

The salary is around $100k+ super and there are equity options and performance incentives. The job title will the Chief Technology Officer.
