**A little about the role**

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our expanding global business.

As Application Support Analyst, you will be working as part of the Customer Support team assisting our clients with their technical queries.

Being able to drive client satisfaction, work with the multiple teams and manage your time effectively, will be a key part of this role.

In this role you will:

- Get to know the INX products inside out.
- Have a great understanding of Technology, so much so a tertiary qualification in this area would be extremely advantageous.
- Provide level 1 support to INX customers.
- Ensure that all support tickets are logged, managed, and resolved effectively.
- Engage and collaborate with internal teams to resolve support tickets.
- Work between the hours of 7am - 5pm (7.6 hours a day).

**A little about you**

We're looking for somebody that is positive, enthusiastic, and with a customer centric attitude. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a natural analytical approach to problem-solving.

You will need to be:

- A positive and solutions-focused person.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
