**Where you’d be working**:
Our Professional Services Consultants are based in our Adelaide offices, servicing SA-based customers. The consulting team includes professional services and project managers, business solutions, support and sales. The team work closely with customers including onsite visits to undertake customer requirements gathering. They possess an ability to identify effective business outcomes for our customers to achieve their operational requirements.

Reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager for SA/WA and working closely with our Project Managers, you will be exposed to a large number of businesses across a diverse range of industries. **What you’d be doing (your day will look like this)**:
Our ERP Implementation Consultants use their business consulting skills and experience in finance, manufacturing and/or distribution supply-chain industries. Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants you will be responsible for:
Implementing Pronto Xi
Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements
Designing solutions to meet with those requirements
Document system configurations
Perform system testing
Deliver end user training
Manage customer business improvements.
About you

We’re looking for new Professional Services Consultants who have:
Ability to gather business requirements and design solutions to meet with the requirements
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Systematic and logical approach to problem resolution
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Excellent client focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectations
Pronto Xi experience (Desirable) however we will strongly consider experience with other ERP/accounting software solutions
Excellent time management skills
Strong understanding of core business processes as well as an in depth understanding of the processes within the operation areas listed

To enjoy being a Pronto Software Professional Services Consultant you’d need to have:
Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business.
Business consulting experience or relevant industry experience
Ability to demonstrate your relevant business and functional experience
You will possess a strong work ethic
Ability to influence internal and external stake holders
Able to demonstrate strong commercial understanding
Excellent attention to detail
Passionate about customer service and delivery excellence
Willingness to travel interstate or internationally on an ad hoc basis
Willingness to undertake a police check
