**The company**: Appreciating Payroll has partnered with a high-profile, Australian-based commercial services group that is steadily expanding its operations across Europe and Asia-Pac region. Due to an increasing client portfolio and a recently implemented Payroll system, a newly created Payroll Systems Specialist position is now available.

**The roles**: We are looking for TWO entry-level Payroll Officers with a desire to learn everything Payroll related. Reporting to a Payroll Team Leader, you will be shown all aspects of Payroll, starting with the most basic duties, but progressing over time as your skills and confidence grow.

Your key duties will include:
Onboarding and offboarding new employees and team members

Efficient processing of new starters following the business process.

Completing visa checks.

Ensuring new onboarding workflow has been completed and terminating outgoing team members in alignment with Fair Work requirements.

Customer Service:
Answer general payroll inquiries from all team members and collaborate with the People & Capability team for any questions relating to Award interpretation.

Workforce Management and Timesheets:
Build understanding of WFM and Timesheet process

Review and check compliance with business processes

Payroll Processing:
Ensure accurate payroll transactions and payments are completed in a timely manner including the management of Superannuation Choice funds, leave entitlements and payments for team members, workers' compensation payments.

Ensure all payroll processing transactions comply with the relevant awards and legislations in Australia & New Zealand.

**$60,000 - $65,000 + Super** is on offer, depending on your previous payroll exposure.
