It’s an exciting time to join our Retirement Living business. In the next 12 months we will be going through a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

Our current portfolio expands across 75+ villages and resorts with over 17,000 residents calling Lendlease Retirement Living home. This role includes finding the right people to support our many diverse teams such as village team members, development, property, sales as well as corporate functions such as finance, legal, EHS, ICT to name a few.

The business has a strong growth strategy looking to increase from 13,000 to 20,000 units in the next 5 years. We want your help making this plan a reality and help us shape the future of Retirement Living.

The role

Located in Sydney, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall positioning and promotional strategies for the NSW/ACT portfolio of retirement villages.

As well as managing the implementation of key campaigns and initiatives as part of an Australia-wide marketing team, you will be part of a collaborative team where your leadership and strategic thinking will guide a Marketing Executive and multiple stakeholders.

In this role you will be data led, using insights to develop, and manage campaigns from conception to execution and reporting, manage budgets, oversee the management of events as well as seek and execute publicity opportunities.

You will:
- Develop and execute local area marketing plans leveraging national and regional frameworks.- Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated campaign briefs that deliver on the local marketing plan and include local content, local PR, and events as well as advertising/promotion.-
- Manage operational project brand positioning, product range and messaging.- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, managing strong professional relationships using your excellent communication skills.- Share results and best practice with the broader marketing team.

To be successful in this role you are an experienced marketing generalist with around 6 years’ experience in a similar role and related tertiary qualifications. You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously.

You will be joining a high performing, supportive and experienced marketing team both in NSW and nationally.
