In this role, you will assist in the design and implementation of creative marketing and communications initiatives for Melton City Libraries and Council’s Learning Portfolio, including social media, print collateral, multi-media, signage and displays. Additionally, you will support community engagement in creative and emerging technologies, ensuring that content is accurate and current across the website, App, catalogue, self-service kiosks, and Library Access Points. This position is part time fixed term position based on a 14 hour week. This position will be predominately based at the Melton Library and Learning Hub, though all Library staff work across our branches. **Key Responsibilities** - Support and coordinate the ongoing development and enhancement of the virtual library. - Enhance Libraries and Learning online programs and exhibitions. - Identify and contribute to the development and implementation of systems, processes and tools that increase the quality and impact of Libraries and Learning communications efforts. - As a library customer service shift supervisor, provide leadership to staff in the delivery of high-quality customer service.
