**Position: Client Care Officer**

You'll be at the heart of our clinic's operations, creating the first and lasting impression for our patients. Your warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail will ensure a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner—both in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists using practice management software
- Process new patient forms and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records
- Handle billing, EFTPOS payments, Medicare and private health fund claims
- Liaise with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area
- Assist with general administrative tasks including stock management and document preparation
- Support basic marketing tasks, including sending newsletters and following up with patients
- Contribute to the clinic’s social media presence (e.g. preparing content, scheduling posts, sharing updates)
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of our physiotherapy clinic

**Qualifications**:

- Must have previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking with an eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using appointment scheduling software.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
- Demonstrate initiative

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MELTON, VIC 3337: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service/administration: 1 year (required)
