Permanent, Full time. Approximate Salary 80K + Salary packaging and Superannuation

This exciting role provides the opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to bring your knowledge and skills to assist organisational leaders with understanding best-practice learning and development approaches. Working alongside other members of the Learning & Development team you will support business operations through the effective coordination of L&D programs and compliance.

A systems-driven and detail-oriented L&D professional will thrive in this role through your contribution to the planning and coordination of learning and development activities; ensuring all employees meet their legislative and regulatory training and credentialing requirements through maintaining and utilising the HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS).

As the L&D Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing a structured calendar of learning in consultation with organisational leaders, employees and external registered training organisations. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will identify training needs, recommend solutions and provide tailored learning opportunities, as well as prepare and coordinate Induction activities for new starters.

**What's essential?**
- Qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related/relevant discipline, or extensive experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Learning & Development.
- Practical experience in maximising the use of systems and other e-learning platforms for effective delivery of learning initiatives.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
