Business Support Officer – Engineering Services

Location: Melton | Pay Rate: $46 p/h + super | Duration: 5–6 weeks 

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Officer to provide efficient and professional support to an Engineering Services Department.

This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can step in and deliver from day one.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Coordinators, Manager, and broader team.
  • Manage records systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and format a wide range of documents, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with process improvements and website updates.
  • Work independently while knowing when to seek support or escalate issues.

About You:

  • Post-secondary qualifications in administration (below diploma level), along with relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based applications and databases for producing accurate documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks within tight timeframes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • A current valid driver's licence.
