**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role would suit someone who has experience with digital communications systems to support remote team members, digital calendars, data entry workflow management systems and experience in customer service phone manner.
**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the preparation of documents/reports
- Facilitate in team members to obtain information from customers for documents/ reports
- Receive incoming calls and distribute accordingly throughout the business unit
- Receive and redirect visitors
- Assist onsite officers with daily administration tasks
- Maintain, implement, and update digital filing systems and databases
- Manage external and internal stakeholders
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience working in service provider business environments
- Experience in direct customer facing roles.
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Extensive knowledge or Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams (Chat communications)
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Have previous administration experience preferably within the Automotive industry or enthusiastic about the industry.
- Experienced in high level business administration
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to prioritise, have effective time management and a strong focus on teamwork
- Be highly efficient, resourceful, and organise
- Have high attention to detail
**Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
