**Receptionist, The Travel Corporation Tour Brands**

**The Role**

Based in our Head Office at Bondi Junction and reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will become a central point of contact for all internal and external Travel Corporation customers. You will be responsible for not only being the face of the company but responsible for all day-to-day activities associated with Reception.

Key responsibilities include;
- Meet, greet and announce all visitors to the building, ensuring security protocol is enforced (including signing registration book on arrival & departure and controlled lift & floor access)
- Ensure visitors are kept up to date as to the status of their meeting
- Answer all incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard (within 3 rings)
- Forward & announce calls to appropriate staff members
- Record accurate messages & forward to correct departments/staff members
- Record courier deliveries in register, notify staff within 30 minutes of delivery & have staff sign on collection; follow-up with staff who do not collect deliveries within allocated timeframe
- Sort daily incoming mail and deliver to TTC depts
- Sort daily out-going mail and ensure ready for collection each day
- Ensure foyer area is maintained to a high standard of presentation
- Manage brand mail-outs
- Redirect couriers to loading dock where appropriate
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party mail providers, e.g., Aust Post, Toll
- Reconcile and allocate costs for monthly mail related accounts, authorise & send to Finance for payment
- Maintain visitor car park register and report illegally parked vehicles
- Assist with general building services and liaise with Cleaners, Building Manager and Managing Agent (Krulis Real Estate)
- Attend monthly Building meeting
- Member of CSR team
- Data entry for CSR reporting
- Provide administrative support to departments as required
- Update Procedures Manual as changes occur
- Other duties as required

The successful applicant will have previous front of house reception experience together with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be friendly, adaptable and confident working in a professional working environment and have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. You will have the ability to juggle competing priorities with high attention to detail and most importantly, you will have a positive can-do-attitude.
