Change and Release Manager

Atturra is looking for a full time Technical Change and Release Manager to join the Cloud and Business Applications team.

**Overview**
Ideally you will have 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the role as an ICT Change or Release Manager; or Release Train Engineer with experience in change, release, and delivery management, in addition to ICT industry experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Running the internal Atturra Cloud and Business Applications Change Advisory Board and implementing governance to improve our internal change and release management processes.
- Working with our PMO and project managers, our technical delivery leads and solution architects to document and maintain a 6-12-month change and program release schedule.
- Coordinating with our Application Managed Services team to document and maintain a 6-12 month change and release schedule across multiple BAU releases and Microsoft Wave releases.
- Providing high quality, timely planned communications through channels that inform and engage our customers.
- Improving the uptake and adoption of our solutions and releases through improved communications and engagement with our clients.
- Providing and driving quality documentation that holds a record of all change approvals for both record keeping and audit processes.
- Driving change and release management best practices across key accounts.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in an ICT Change and/or Release Management role; or experience as a Release Train Engineer with experience in change, release, and delivery management on complex projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the ICT industry.
- Demonstrated experience working on Agile projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating program level change and release schedules.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating Change Advisory Boards.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining change and release documentation for record keeping and audit purposes.

**Behavioural Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen with a minimum of an active Baseline clearance or able to obtain a Baseline clearance.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to and manage change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
