As a Change and Release Manager, you are responsible to lead and govern release activities across a complex, multi-vendor landscape. This role is critical to ensuring structured, risk-aware delivery aligned with business priorities and transformation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce standardized release governance policies across all suppliers and delivery teams
  • Coordinate cross-supplier release planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and avoiding scheduling conflicts
  • Review and approve release plans, validating readiness criteria and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee release execution, including deployment orchestration, validation checkpoints, and rollback procedures
  • Conduct post-release reviews, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement
  • Maintain a centralized release calendar, ensuring visibility and transparency across stakeholders and leadership
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless release cycles
  • Champion release best practices, embedding Agile, SAFe, and governance frameworks into delivery workflows
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, program delivery, and multi-vendor coordination
  • Proven expertise in Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, and risk-based delivery planning
  • Strong background in release governance, digital transformation, and enterprise-scale delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • Proficiency in release management tools, centralized scheduling platforms, and deployment automation
  • Ability to lead structured release cycles in high-stakes, regulated environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
