**The Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Precinct Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team at Centennial Homestead. Reporting to the General Manager - Premium Venues, you will have the capability to manage and lead the team, ensure the smooth operational workflow of the front of house, back of house and most importantly be “the face” of the business and ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable dining experience. This role will have Restaurant Managers reporting to you.

Ideally you will have come from a similar venue within a background in a multi-disciplined, innovative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done. You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced environment and the people issues that comes with this business.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

- A minimum 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role
- Passion for providing quality cuisine and exceptional customer service
- Strong budget management, staff recruitment skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, true motivator and a dedicated mentor
- Excellent knowledge of produce and wine and running of a venue
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene, immaculate Grooming and presentation
- Ability to work 5 days within a 7 day roster with 2 days off in a row (occasional night shifts)
- Clear communication skills, flexible, resilient and passionate
