  • Manage the precinct operations for Sydney Olympic Park's public spaces and parklands, including major events coordination, safety and security, traffic management, stakeholder engagement, communication and media

About the Role

As Director, Precinct Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. This pivotal role ensures the seamless coordination of high-profile events, provides operational advice to support infrastructure delivery, and manages day-to-day precinct operations, with a focus on public safety and security, and balancing diverse stakeholder expectations.

You will act as the Authority's representative across interagency forums, influencing major event and infrastructure outcomes to align with the precinct's master plan and regulatory frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering stakeholder engagement, managing operational risks, and delivering integrated precinct outcomes that support the Sydney Olympic Park's transformation into a vibrant, connected, and economically productive suburb.

This is not your typical 9–5 executive role. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, event-driven environment, with a visible presence during major public events and precinct activations. Your leadership will be felt on the ground—ensuring operational excellence, public safety, and stakeholder alignment when it matters most.
