The Walsh Bay Arts Precinct is hiring an Assistant Manager. If you have a passion for the arts or theatre, and want work in a place with the most incredible view of Sydney Harbour, this could be for you. You will work with a close knit team while providing high levels of customer service to all clientele.

To be successful you must demonstrate and have a proven track record in a similar role.
- Proficiency in both food and beverage management within a fast past venue
- Previous event experience a plus
- Strong bar operations and cocktail knowledge
- Smooth daily operations and running of the bar
- Hands-on management skills and lead by example
- Be able to work towards company budgets and company forecasts
- Create a great working environment for all staff whilst supervising staff by giving clear and consistent direction
- Must be trustworthy, reliable and takes pride in their work
- Be able to work nights, closed Sundays

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months management/ supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
- Strong cocktail knowledge
- Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
- NSW RSA and bar/beverage knowledge
- In possession of valid Australian Working Rights
