In this role, you'll:

As Manager, Urban Planning or Manager, Precinct and Place, you'll play a pivotal role in providing subject matter expertise to influence place making and precinct planning outcomes.

This role demands a highly capable urban planner and/or urban designer with extensive experience in strategic planning and playing a lead role in various phases of major project development, design and delivery.

You'll help shape vibrant precincts where communities can live, work, and connect.

You will have extensive subject matter expertise and a proven ability to provide technical advice to influence place making and precinct planning outcomes throughout various project phases.

This will include during procurement and design development phases to ensure new metro stations and precincts are designed to respond to context and deliver optimised customer, place, community and commercial benefits.

These are highly collaborative roles requiring strong relationship-building and coordination across multiple stakeholders, including internal project teams and external stakeholders such as the wider Transport for NSW cluster, Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, etc. to ensure a unified approach to delivering outcomes aligned with project objectives and Government priorities.
