Immediate start for State Government ASO4 People and Culture Consultant in Adelaide CBD

**Your new company**
Calling all HR superstars We are looking for an ASO4 People and Culture Consultant to hit the ground running in a State Government Department for 3-6 months. This role is based in the Adelaide CBD and would require an immediate start.

**Your new role**
As a People and Culture Consultant, your duties are included but not limited to:

- Coordinating recruitment processes, drafting employment contracts, assisting managers with onboarding and induction processes, completion of appropriate HR forms and corresponding with Shared Services.
- Ensuring non-executive employment contracts are prepared and processed, including recommendations pertaining to salary increment determinations and the provision of timely advice of new or changed employment contracts to payroll
- Employee separations and transfers are processed, ensuring timely acknowledgement to employee, advice to payroll and transfer of appropriate documentation to the new employer where applicable
- HR and payroll forms for new starters, transfers, assignments, and other employment related matters are verified for processing in accordance with relevant Acts, Awards or departmental guidelines and actioned as appropriate
- Accurate and confidential HR records are maintained by entering and ensuring the integrity of employee data, personal information, and position records

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the Public Sector as well as the ability to manage successful end to end recruitment processes and program coordination. Previous experience supporting an HR team and the ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
