Reporting to the **Project Support Supervisor,** the **Product Support Advisor** will assist site-based equipment management teams to achieve their stated performance objectives through the optimisation of equipment availability, reliability, and operating performance. This is a hands-on role, with additional duties to carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment. The ideal person will lead by example through actions, behaviour and decision making, including compliance with WesTrac’s procedures, safe working practices and life-saving rules.

**Location**: McPhee (Pilbara Region - 100k from Roy Hill)

**Roster**:8 days on, 6 days off, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30 mins. break)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Australian-recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post trade experience
- Ability to provide high-level technical support
- Sound diagnostic skills
- Advanced ability to interpret repair & fault-finding guides
- Understanding of warranty provisions
- Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Heavy equipment product knowledge on various Caterpillar equipment
- Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
