Typical projects include F&B, office, defence, health, aged care and education with project values $5 - 50m across the Perth metro. This company will certainly provide you with a flexible working environment to ensure you get a good work-life balance.

The role could suit a parent who needs to balance children and work and who is available for part-time or full-time work. (either option available) Based on site, South of the River, the Safety Advisor / Safety Officer duties include:

- Site Inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Assist sub-contractors to develop and document safe systems of work
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits
- Review and monitor sub-contractor HSE performance
- SWMS Reviews
- Obtain permits
- Provide safety support and education to sub-contractors working in collaboration
- Troubleshooting on site in relation to sub-contractor non-compliance issues
- Promote a safety culture within working teams and maintain a safe working environment

Your resume must demonstrate the following criteria:

- 2+ years on commercial building projects
- 2+ years working as a Safety Advisor / HSE Advisor / Safety Officer for a Building Contractor
- Cert IV or Diploma in Safety / OHS
- The Right to work in Australia and be based in Perth
