As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion of work-in-hand, Georgiou have opportunities for an experienced Project Controls Advisor to join our Western Australian business.
- The role will provide ongoing support and training for projects in the setup and management of cost management systems. General system and business process support for entire project cycle (Pre-Contracts, Project Delivery and Post Project finalisation).**What you're good at**:

- Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in a similar role in the building, engineering or construction industry
- Good time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Tertiary Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
- Holds valid ‘C’ class drivers licences
- Holds a valid Construction Safety Awareness Card
- Experience with the following desireable; Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Microsoft office (including Word, Excel and Outlook), Project Planning Software, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality System (HSEQ)

**Responsibilities / Experience with**:
**_Project Controls & Commercial Systems_**
- Assist project managers/ project controls manager with setup of contract items, budgets and reviewers for new projects
- Assist and train project managers in forecasting costs and revenue
- Training of project staff in Cost Management System functionality
- Develop best for business financial reporting suites, including project summaries/dashboards
- Identify implementation of business improvement initiatives
- Review reliability of monthly project reports (e.g. challenging assumptions) and provide detailed support in commercial reviews and commercial audits of projects with senior project staff
- Assist the Project Controls Manager with conducting project controls audits of projects

**_ Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management_**
- Allows for the achievement of exemplary safety outcomes on projects by accounting for HSEQ in the preparation of project programming.
- Lives ‘The Georgiou Way’ and ‘Safety is My Way’ and ensures project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to with the objective of achieving an exemplary safety culture.
