**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a hands on, enthusiastic and results driven HSEQ Advisor - Projects to join our team based at our Perth, Redcliff branch. You will lead and drive HSEQ systems and implementation to positively affect HSEQ performance and culture via your ability to engage, coach, establish and develop genuine partnerships with Senior Managers, Employees and Key Customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of Liebherr’s Future Industry Projects with a focus on our decarbonisation and autonomous haulage teams.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitate and assist in the development of solutions for high-risk activities within the decarbonisation and autonomous haulage project teams
- Develop and implement fit for purpose safe systems of work, work instructions and procedures based around project requirements
- Actively support the project through engaged coaching with the generation of risk assessments
- Implement HSEQ policies, procedures, plans and processes that comply with company, contractual and legislative obligations
- Identify, coordinate and deliver as required, HSE training and induction programs to meet project needs
- Develop, maintain and coordinate internal and sub-contractor training matrix
- Liaise with key customers, external regulatory bodies responsible for workplace safety and ensure compliance with systems and processes
- Investigate incidents and occurrences in accordance with relevant processes
- Conduct regular project HSEQ audits and inspections

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in a HSE role preferable with mining, oil and gas, construction or critical risk industry
- Cert IV OHS or tertiary qualifications in a HSEQ or related discipline
- ICAM Lead investigator or equivalent
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external customers
- Possess a strong commitment to behavioural safety and cultural change initiatives.
- Expectation to supply periodic onsite support
