Labourforce are currently seeking an Onsite Account manager to join our growing team

**About Us**

At Labourforce, we are focused on providing labour hire, mainly to the Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries. Our company is Australian owned and operated, with offices Australia wide & in New Zealand. Labourforce has had the pleasure of providing our specialised service to these industries for 25 years

**Role Description**

This position will be predominantly located onsite, working closely with our client to ensure we deliver exceptional service and support to their business and our employees

Ideally, you will have previous blue-collar recruitment/account management experience, as well as being dedicated and driven to achieve the best results for one of our legacy clients

You will be required, but not limited to the following duties:

- Managing employee performance
- Rostering as per clients requirements
- Proactive approach to safe work practices
- Schedule interviews and inductions for short listed applicants
- Proactive screening & talent pooling of suitable applicants for future requests
- Having a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery of the services promised
- Providing accurate reporting to management and stakeholders
- Conducting onsite toolbox talks with employees
- Attend to your clients requests with efficiency and accuracy

**Successful applicant will possess**:

- A dedicated and driven approach to their work
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Previous experience within blue collar recruitment and onsite management
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Strong focus on WHS and safe work practices
- Sound administrative skills
- Ability to manage your working hours so as to meet with both day and afternoon shift staff
