**About the role - this is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week (Flexible working arrangements).**

The Consultant Culture, Talent & Leadership provides specialist advice and support on Inclusion, Equity & Belonging across the Australia and New Zealand region as part of the the Culture, Talent and People Development team. Working as an integral part of the team and the wider HR community, the role is critical to driving our employee experience at Rabobank.

The Culture, Talent & Leadership Development undertakes a wide range of activities, ranging from development of high-level policy frameworks and programs. Much of the activity requires partnership and collaboration with the wider HR team including Communications and Advisory Services as well as other teams such as Workplace Services for effective delivery.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Assist in the research, development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to support the continued development of inclusion, equity and belonging.
- Support development and execution of knowledge and awareness programs, including evaluation and reporting.
- Lead the management and coordination of external and internal employee networks, ensuring activity and discussions align with global and local strategy.
- Lead initiatives such as diversity and inclusion events, workshops and programs (internal & external).
- Lead communication activities to drive awareness, engagement and support of participants.
- Planning, facilitation and development of culture initiatives.
- Undertaking a lead role on projects and initiatives across the broader Culture, Talent and Leadership development portfolio.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience with in Inclusion, Equity & Belonging in organisations of a similar size and complexity
- Technical knowledge of Inclusion, Equity & Belonging related best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with events management including use of various communication and engagement channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel and Word.
