**The Opportunity**:
Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our National People & Culture team based in Sydney
In this role you will provide recruitment support to internal stakeholders from start to finish, playing an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans.
Your innovative approach to sourcing and talent attraction will enable us to proactively attract and build a robust talent pool, ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the industry.
**You will**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a broad range of roles. This includes posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.
- Proactively create talent pools, developing innovative sourcing and talent attraction techniques to identify and secure the talent required by the business
- Liaising with the broader People and Culture team to successfully manage the recruitment process through to employment offer and induction
- Contribute to People & Culture and Talent Acquisition projects e.g. employer value proposition, student internship program and others as required

**About you**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience working in an internal or agency recruitment consultancy role
- Previous experience recruiting in related disciplines, (Urban Planning, Urban Design, Property, Professional Services, etc) highly desired
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related area
- Working in a high-volume recruitment role, managing a variety of positions
