The Business Management Associate plays a crucial role in supporting Fraud, Credit and Control Services (FCCS) by assisting with strategic planning, operational efficiency and financial oversight. The reports to the FCCS Business Manager and will work closely with the Head of FCCS with Wealth and Personal Banking.

**Responsibilities**
- Support planning, management and reporting on the day-to-day strategy and operations of the FCCS business
- Ownership of the business continuity plans for FCCS, cost management, support and drive FCCS agenda and supporting governance activities
- Oversee and produce required business reports and analytics to enable appropriate oversight of all cost centres within FCCS
- Provide support on change initiatives and requirements
- Support Head of FCCS in the absence of personal assistant, and occasionally will assist the FCCS leadership team with co-ordination and planning of key meetings
- Planning and co-ordination of events across FCCS
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field.
- Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial / analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualise financial data into business activities and conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language, both oral and written
- Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, motivational, analytical, planning, communications, organisational, problem-solving, managerial, project management and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated business knowledge, such as understanding of retail banking and distribution strategies, structures, processes and objectives and experience leading complex change.
